As a Business Operations Supervisor within PNC's AMG Data Control division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient task management, and supervising the utilization of Asset Master.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various auditors to ensure compliance and identifying opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement operating plans and communicate strategies to the operations team.
  • Oversee one or more functions across multiple sites, managing supervisors and/or individual contributors.
  • Accountable for achieving desired business outcomes and acting as a senior escalation point for resolving exceptions.
  • Engage in transaction processing and reconciliation of varying risk and financial value in line with established policies.
  • Manage human resources activities for direct and indirect reports, ensuring employee engagement and development.
  • Lead team meetings, communicate strategies, and translate them into actionable operational plans.
  • Provide consultation and advice to service partners and clients.
  • Identify and influence strategic improvement initiatives, representing the operations group on various projects.
  • Develop and approve standard operating procedures as necessary and recommend policy enhancements.
  • Oversee the control framework for assigned units, reviewing reports to identify exceptions and ensure compliance.
  • Manage risk mitigation and business resiliency activities, verifying the accuracy of procedures and transactions.
