Job Title: Remediation Project Manager

At GrayMar Environmental Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Remediation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate all project activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate project functions to field teams and customers, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Cost Management: Prepare cost estimates for customer projects, effectively sourcing labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, identify and address change conditions, and prepare written change orders as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely, and complete documentation, including field reports and supporting documentation.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: College degree and 3-8 years of construction/environmental experience, with 3 years of project management experience preferred.
  • Certifications and Training: Current 40 Hour OSHA Hazwoper and 8 Hour refresher, and Competent Person for Excavation certificate.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proven leadership and business acumen skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
