Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers, identifying their forming needs, and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach customers to establish and maintain long-term relationships
  • Review contract drawings and interview clients to determine their forming needs
  • Develop and demonstrate solutions to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation dates
  • Close orders and manage implementation to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Desire to succeed and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
