Job Overview

A highly skilled Registered Nurse is sought after to lead patient care at a respected community hospital in Coastal Southwestern Oregon.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Administrative Director and Chief Nursing Officer to develop and implement effective strategies for coordinating patient flow and providing support to departments throughout the hospital.

In absence of the Nursing Directors, the Senior Clinical Operations Manager RN will provide guidance to nursing staff and inpatient departments, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Daily house reports will be maintained according to established policies and procedures, enabling the team to make informed decisions and drive positive change.
