We continually strive to create an environment of trust and transparency by helping employees find a sense of purpose in their job and achieve their highest potential while providing hospitality to those who work and live at South Port Square. #clinical ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a nurse interested in working a flexible schedule in the relaxed atmosphere of our private duty program at South Port Square senior living community. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Private Duty Clinical RN: * You get to be part of the leadership team of a thriving private duty program serving as the Director of Nursing for the program. * You can perform skilled nursing services like medication box fills. * You can perform assessments, supervisory visits, and develop the plan of care. * Your schedule is flexible. * You get to work in one place without having to drive from client to client. * You get to work in a beautiful senior living community. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * One to two years of recent acute care or home care experience preferred but not required. * Current RN licensure in the state. * Current CPR certification, provided by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. * Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. * Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided. * Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision. * Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.
