Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and interpret complex insurance policy coverages
  • Oversee investigative processes for multifaceted claims
  • Evaluate claims data and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders
  • Set reserves and approve payments within designated authority
  • Identify subrogation opportunities and third-party recovery options
  • Engage in claim review sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in technical claims investigation
  • Required: Workers Compensation (WC) Adjuster License
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional designations such as IIA, AIC, AEI, CPCU
