Sales Operations Analyst IV: Business Process Improvement Specialist

Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented individual to drive business growth through efficient operational processes and strategic program management.

About the Role

This position will be part of the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team, responsible for overseeing group strategy and operational execution. The primary objectives of this role include owning operational support processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement, drafting and implementing process improvements, and managing annual budget utilization for sales incentive programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive business strategies, improve operational processes, and implement successful growth incentive programs based on measurable ROI objectives.
  • Manage utilization of budget for sales incentive programs by approving and distributing funds.
  • Partner with global sales, marketing, and sales operations teams on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects.
  • Operationalize commerce incentive programs on Company platforms for successful seller experiences.
  • Employ problem-solving and analytical skills to facilitate program decision making, unblocking, and risk mitigation.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the Sales organization to monitor operations roadmap, execute on projects, and establish effective feedback loops with cross-functional teams.
  • Synthesize project work for leadership consumption to make effective, analytically driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject (Business Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
  • 4-6 years of experience in roles such as Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management.
  • Experience organizing, prioritizing, executing, and communicating numerous concurrent work streams across a range of stakeholders and topics with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving experience, providing sound business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting program content to general audiences. Advanced Excel and PPT skills.
  • Ability to provide support to internal and external customers.
  • Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in multiple different Sales Go-To-Market motions.
  • Experience managing budget usage or dealing with financial data.
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, and/or SQL.
  • Experience in being a member of globally operating organizations within a matrix structure.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
