Job Title: Land Development Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of architects, engineers, permit expeditors, and other consultants to deliver land development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing project plans, including budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.
