Job Overview

The Real Estate Development Project Coordinator position at CityVet offers a unique opportunity to be part of the entire real estate development process for veterinary services, contributing directly to the company's vision of creating ownership opportunities for veterinarians across the country.

This role is responsible for managing critical project tasks that impact CityVet's rapidly expanding real estate portfolio, including hospitals and administrative buildings. The successful candidate will need to exercise influence inter and intra-departmentally, as well as with various vendors that support CityVet's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects, delivered on-time, and within scope and budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation by coordinating with vendors and other CityVet departments
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in construction, remodeling, or building design related field
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
