A reputable construction company in the US is looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of commercial development projects.

About the Role:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers in implementing project goals, overseeing quality control, and ensuring timely project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with project managers to define project objectives and develop project schedules
  • Assigning tasks to staff members to ensure efficient project execution
  • Monitoring project progress and providing direct assistance as needed
  • Liaising with project leads to maintain project efficacy and schedule
  • Coordinating material procurement and other necessary items for project completion
  • Reviewing project implementation and gathering data on project execution

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience is required
  • 1-5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project coordination and management
  • Leadership experience and capabilities, with a track record of successful project execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals
  • Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide valuable insights into project details
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
