Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Expert to join our team at Insight Global. As an Epic Resolute HB Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in the Hospital Billing domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and distribute documentation related to system functionality, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Create and modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations
  • Train system users on workflows and troubleshoot tickets via a ticket queue
  • Lead upgrade projects and maintain system documentation
  • Mentor new team members and cross-train others for backup support
  • Participate in customer meetings and optimize system performance
Requirements
  • Clear understanding of systems functionality and/or HB departmental processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years minimum experience in application support and content building – Epic Resolute HB
  • EPIC certification is required within 6 months of date of hire/transfer into position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
  • Project management experience
  • Certified in Epic Resolute HB (Resolute Hospital Billing) – support core functions
  • Experience supporting charge area – charge router, charge admin
  • Claims and Remits experience
  • SBO (single billing office) and HB knowledge
