The Corps Team is seeking a skilled Service Desk Systems Analyst to join their team on a 12+ month contract. This role will involve a mix of onsite and remote work, with 4 days in the office each week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IT Service Management:
    • Oversee and manage IT service management systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
    • Carry out regular maintenance, updates, and patches for optimal performance and security.
    • Monitor system performance and address issues promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create detailed documentation of IT service management system operations, including issues and resolutions.
    • Generate regular reports on IT service performance, user satisfaction, and system health.
    • Update technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
  • Technical Support:
    • Offer advanced troubleshooting and technical support for IT service hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Assist in solving complex technical problems effectively.
    • Escalate issues to appropriate resources when needed.
  • User Support:
    • Be the main contact for users facing technical issues with the system.
    • Ensure all support requests are properly recorded, tracked, and resolved promptly.
    • Provide training and guidance to users on IT service system usage and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with other IT team members for seamless integration and support of IT services.
    • Effectively communicate with users, management, and stakeholders about technical matters and service enhancements.
    • Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement efforts for IT services.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and engage in a significant system upgrade project to a cloud-based solution.
    • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for system maintenance and support.
    • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Compensation: $55.56 per hour
