Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Restaurant Operations to lead the overall operation of our restaurant venue, including strategic planning, optimizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, develop, and retain exceptional talent, and drive operational excellence.
- Directly supervise a team of supervisors and managers to ensure efficient and profitable operation of the venue.
- Implement strong SOPs to drive consistency and quality of product and guest services.
- Partner with culinary team on menu development, culinary, and product quality control tools and metrics.
- Lead projects from start to finish, including seasonal promotions, new restaurant projects, remodels, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement strong training programs and tools to reduce employee attrition and create internal culture of development for staff.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of retail and/or food & beverage management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
- Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights.
Desired Characteristics:
- Proven success in controlling costs, maximizing profit, and directly supervising multiple managers.
- Experience in the development and implementation of strong SOPs to drive consistency and quality of product and guest services.
- Experience in partnering with culinary team on menu development, culinary, and product quality control tools and metrics.
- Proven track record and experience in the development and implementation of strong training programs and tools developed to reduce employee attrition and create internal culture of development for staff.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $90,000-$100,000.
