About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Accounting Specialist to join our team at Resorts Atlantic City. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing analysis reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's revenue management processes.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of hotel revenue outlets, including preparation of analysis reports.
  • Reconciling computer reports, service documents, and tapes to develop daily manager's reports.
  • Recording, billing, and collecting charge amounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reviewing charges for proper authorizations, credit approval, and billing address.
  • Typing and mailing bills on a timely basis.
  • Promoting positive public relations with guests and colleagues.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Good clerical and office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Work Environment
