Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our Workforce Planning and Analytics team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing the development of software solutions to support our workforce planning initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development of software solutions to support workforce planning and analytics.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve software development efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with software development management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $151,300 - $261,500 per year.
