Job Summary:

The Member Services Associate is a key role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members at our member services locations. As an ambassador for the My Epic Gear program, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up gear for upcoming reservations, conducting transactions at the front of house POS, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of member-facing areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our members, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and set up gear for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and ready for use.
  • Conduct transactions at the front of house POS, using various software programs to process sales and rentals.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of member-facing areas, including the gear room and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with inventory control, ensuring that all gear is properly stocked and accounted for.
  • Communicate member requests with other departments as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shops.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Benefits:

Vail Resorts offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. Additionally, employees receive free passes for themselves and discounted lift tickets for friends and family, as well as free ski lessons and other perks.

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
