Resident Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team at The Phoenix at Milton.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being in a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized service plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, and maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Respond promptly to resident call bells and security system alerts, taking appropriate action to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Family Experience Director and other team members to ensure seamless care and support for residents.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in resident care and dementia support.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times.
