About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Labeling Specialist to join our Generative AI Language Research team at Rose International. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and trustworthiness of our language model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with our language model to identify potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and trust.
  • Collaborate with our development team to design and execute probing dialogs, and provide feedback on the quality of the model and the probing methods.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and tools to ensure the model remains secure.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French is a must-have skill.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with data annotation tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with light touch guidance and oversight.
  • Familiarity with red teaming and linguistic training is a plus.
