Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team at Starr Insurance Companies. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models to drive business value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop generative AI models using various techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI models into our enterprise platforms and existing applications.
  • Assess and evaluate the output of generative AI models, including the design of evaluation metrics and model refinement based on performance.
  • Preprocess and manipulate large datasets to extract meaningful features for training models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and technology, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our AI solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience with generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
