Spa Receptionist Job Description

Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join their team at the Poseidon Spa Casa Monica location in St. Augustine, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a 5-star experience.
  • Process transactions, handle money, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain accurate departmental procedures and checklists.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to effectively communicate with members and guests.
  • Go above and beyond to meet the needs of members and guests, offering assistance with reservations, directions, and other requests.
  • Use time efficiently and maintain a high level of productivity throughout the shift.
  • Keep the workspace clear of clutter and personal effects.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, sharing pertinent information and updates.
  • Inform management of any member, guest, or facility issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager and Spa Director.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience handling money and operating a cash register.
  • Excellent communication, work ethic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with proficient computer skills and office equipment knowledge.
  • Self-starter with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, and talk regularly, with regular use of hands and fingers to operate objects, tools, or computers.
