Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Beer Tree Brew Co. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in implementing workflow procedures, supervising employees, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: Plan and organize meetings with employees, management, and customers to discuss workflow, goals, and objectives.
  • Conduct Employee Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Develop Good Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in Recruitment and Dismissal Processes: Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, and participate in the dismissal process when necessary.
  • Smooth Out Problems within the Workplace: Identify and resolve conflicts, and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
  • Address Employee and Customer Concerns: Listen to and address employee and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop Strategies for Better Workplace Efficiency and Goal Achievement: Analyze workflow, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase productivity and achieve goals.
  • Liaise between Managers, Customers, and Employees: Communicate effectively with management, customers, and employees to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide Direction to Staff: Lead and direct employees to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Monitor Spending Patterns and Budget: Analyze and manage spending patterns, and ensure that the budget is aligned with company goals.
  • Fulfill GM Responsibilities: Fill in for the General Manager in their absence, and provide leadership and direction to the team.
