Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst I to join our team at the Center for Family Health & Education, Inc. (CFHE). As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assess and resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to provide assistance on complex issues and share knowledge and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of software and hardware applications, as well as emerging technologies.
  • Perform system tests and updates, and ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide training and support to users on the use of software and hardware applications.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Microsoft 365 experience required, including Office 365, Windows, and SharePoint.
  • Windows server and Active Directory experience required.
  • Experience with VOIP systems and PowerShell scripting languages preferred.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA security rules highly recommended.
  • CompTIA certifications recommended.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Education and Training

A minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Familiarity with business-related computer programs and hardware is essential. Experience working in a professional environment and familiarity with business software applications is also required.
