  • Promotes a culture where all associates take ownership of the food and beverage experience.
  • Ensures cleanliness and proper inspections of associate tasks before shift completion.
  • Addresses guest complaints and coordinates follow-up actions.
  • Creates a vision for exceptional customer service, training and motivating staff to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Implements effective hiring practices in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Ensures fair and consistent disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Responds promptly to associate concerns and documents actions taken.

Qualifications:
