Sales Specialist for Advanced Wound Care Solutions

Position Summary: The Sales Specialist will focus on Integra LifeSciences' Advanced Wound Care products, specifically the TCC-EZ and MedE-Kast Solutions. This role entails prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to enhance account awareness and demand for these innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new account opportunities while supporting existing business within the designated territory.
  • Conduct in-service programs for targeted accounts, ensuring effective case coverage in wound care centers.
  • Provide ongoing education to clients to promote the use of TCC-EZ and MedE-Kast products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Program Directors, Medical Doctors, and key clinical staff at wound care facilities.
  • Offer consultative support in line with specific product indications.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking opportunities and activities effectively.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan at the start of each fiscal year, followed by monthly and quarterly reports aimed at exceeding sales goals.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding technical aspects, competitive products, and relevant disease states.
  • Submit regular reports as required by sales management.
  • Adhere to budgetary constraints and comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with the Advamed Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.
  • Safeguard patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform sales administrative tasks promptly as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience managing large territories and high-value accounts.
  • Ability to accept feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with physicians and clinical personnel.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license required; overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Must meet credentialing requirements to access customer facilities.
