About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with wounds, burns, and ostomies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, technologies, and best practices in wound care.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide wound care, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleansing.
  • Manage burn injuries, including wound care, pain management, and emotional support.
  • Care for patients with ostomies, including stoma care, skin integrity, and bowel management.
  • Document patient progress, including treatment plans, outcomes, and education.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of California.
  • Experience in wound care, burn care, and ostomy care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
