About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rooming Processes: You will be responsible for performing thorough rooming processes, administering immunizations, injections, and medications as directed by our healthcare providers.
  • Specimen Collection: Collect laboratory specimens and conduct clinic lab tests with precision and attention to detail.
  • Patient Support: Provide telephone support, facilitate patient-provider communication, and assist with prescription refills to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Front Desk Support: Offer front desk and check-in support, order supplies, and assist with prior authorizations to maintain efficient clinic operations.
  • Clinic Tasks: Perform phlebotomy, x-ray duties (if certified), and other clinic tasks as needed to contribute to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.
