Customer Experience Coordinator Role at T.J. Maxx

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at T.J. Maxx, you will play a vital role in promoting an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of Associates at the front of store, training and coaching them on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs, addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, and coordinating breaks for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
  • Lead and manage a team of Associates to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Train and coach Associates on customer service skills and loyalty programs
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate breaks and ensure a smooth workflow
