Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic business partner with key collaborators to define desired organizational learning outcomes and develop the appropriate learning solutions and deliverables.
  • Influence business decisions by providing recommendations rooted in expertise and organizational understanding, including instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Build implementation plans that result in high-quality participant experiences, scalable processes, ongoing program sustainability, and cost-effective resource use.
  • Conduct needs assessments and use data-driven insights to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for R&D Associates.
  • Facilitate professional development and learning programs, workshops, events, and activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent year of directly related experience.
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience.
  • Travel: up to 5%.
  • Relocation: NO.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in L&D/OD, Science, or Engineering, MS, or MBA.
  • Experience in Medical Device or Pharma.
