About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Summit Homes. As an executive assistant, this individual will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing manager, coordinating transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. They must also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing manager with transaction coordination, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for clients and guests.
  • Manage office supplies, paperwork filing, and archive management.

Requirements:

  • High school degree required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
