We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a renowned plastic surgeon based in North Houston, Texas. This dynamic role combines administrative tasks with social media management, requiring a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Marketing:
  • Create and manage social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring 5 posts per week.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and engage with followers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze social media analytics to improve reach, engagement, and following, with the goal of increasing patient inquiries and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the PR firm and podcast team to coordinate meetings, recordings, and media appearances.
Executive Assistant:
  • Provide administrative support, including paperwork and credentialing, with no patient care involved.
  • Manage orders from the surgeon's online store, including packaging and shipping items weekly, confirming order details.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for business and personal trips.
  • Schedule and manage meetings for external projects, including roles as Medical Director of POP Recovery Systems, Speaker, and Consultant for Allergan Aesthetics and Cartessa.
  • Run work-related errands, such as shopping for gifts and other necessary purchases.
  • Assist with tax documentation organization and work alongside the CPA for proper filing.
  • Occasional tasks such as feeding the cat while the surgeon is out of town and coordinating vet appointments.
  • Help create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements and be willing to learn newer presentation styles.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to grow and engage an audience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn PowerPoint and newer presentation styles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfort with light personal assistant duties such as pet care and running errands.
Compensation and Schedule:

$65,000 + stipend for health insurance

40 hours/week onsite 2 days a week from home or office
