Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to manage our restaurant's front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves working closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment. You'll also be responsible for supervising staff, training new hires, and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
  • Supervise staff, provide training and development opportunities, and address performance issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions and optimize operations
Requirements

To succeed as our Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
