Job Summary

The Surgical Technologist OR is a vital member of our surgical team, responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment. This role requires expertise in sterile and aseptic technique, as well as knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and registered nurses in providing surgical care to patients of all ages
  • Ensure the operating room environment is safe and equipment functions properly
  • Implement sterile and aseptic technique to minimize the risk of infection
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from a surgical technology program
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
