Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is a key member of the Alice + Olivia team, responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, while maintaining a deep understanding of the brand's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and set the pace on the sales floor, demonstrating a strong sense of leadership and role-modeling behavior.
  • Partner with the management team to foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and customer focus.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, driving repeat business and exceeding sales goals.
  • Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and collections, using this knowledge to build stronger stylists and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a beautiful and inviting brand experience.
  • Support the development of sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Participate in all aspects of store operations, including open and close checklists, shipments, and Division of Responsibility.
  • Remain coachable and open to feedback, continuously developing skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Requirements:

  • Ability to wear a face mask throughout the shift to protect yourself and others.
  • Previous management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Continuous standing and walking, with the ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
  • Ability to occasionally climb ladders as needed.
  • Ability to work daily with telephone, POS, and computer equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
