About the Role

The Sales Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring customers have a consistent, quality experience in the store at all times. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a selling focus in the store, supporting company and management initiatives, and adhering to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clienteling.
  • Meet store and metric goals by maintaining a high level of sales performance and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
  • Embody the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion, ensuring the brand mission is brought to life and introduced to every customer.
  • Assist the Visual Merchandising team with floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures.
  • Accurately process Point of Sale transactions and contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.
