As a Sales Specialist at rag & bone, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, quality experience to our customers in-store. This role plays a key part in maintaining a selling focus in the store, supporting company and management initiatives, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clienteling.
  • Meet store and metric goals.
  • Embody the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion.
  • Introduce the brand mission to every customer who walks into our store.
  • Assist the Visual Merchandising team with floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all policies and procedures.
  • Accurately process Point of Sale transactions.
  • Act consistently within the core values of rag & bone.
  • Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere.
