Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the primary resident's calendar and coordinate appointments
  • Oversee household staff and work with the family office to facilitate annual review process for performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with the family office to ensure coverage is provided for household staff
  • Work with the property manager and family office to determine and prioritize household projects for delegation to staff
  • Supervise independent contractors and ensure all work is completed to satisfaction of the primary resident and owner
  • Assist with event planning and work with the family office to prepare related budgets and communicate expectations to contractors and employees
  • Oversee security needs and provide regular security checks of the house and property
  • Train household staff as needed to perform tasks with quality and consistency
  • Prepare expense reports for submission to the family office
  • Assist with philanthropic endeavors, including research on guests and organizations and assisting the primary resident with meeting preparation
  • Ensure the primary resident is provided with safe and timely transportation and oversee all travel arrangements for the primary resident and her family

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $120k-150k DOE
  • Health insurance
  • 15 days of paid time off
