Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Hospitality Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen personnel, supervising culinary activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, including menu planning and food preparation
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to meet customer needs and budget requirements
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen operations
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a culinary management role
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience, preferably in a culinary arts program
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
