Grandview Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality care that meets and exceeds industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies between all disciplines of the delivery of care.
- Coordinate and direct the daily operation and strategic planning of the Nursing Department.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records.
- Recruit, hire, and orient new nursing staff to meet the needs of the facility.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia (or Compact)
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in Long-Term Care, preferably in a similar setting.
