- Medical Records: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical records.
- Staff Recruitment and Development: Recruit, hire, and orient new nursing staff, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia (or Compact).
- Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in Long-Term Care is preferred, but not required.
