Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Accountant to play a pivotal role in enhancing our tax systems and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the preparation of tax returns and reports, ensuring compliance with FASB 109 for Tax Provision, and maintaining detailed tax records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tax returns and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax initiatives to optimize our tax position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective tax planning and compliance.
  • Respond to queries from tax authorities and support audit processes.
  • Conduct tax research to stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, plus 4 years of tax or accounting experience.
  • CPA license and experience with tax software, such as CCH Income Tax Software and OneSource (Tax Stream) Provision Software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
