Key Responsibilities:

- Protect patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a call center operator, preferably in the medical field.
- Excellent computer and customer service skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Salary up to $22 an hour based on experience and education.
