Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a certified esthetician with a proactive mindset to become part of our dedicated wellness team. If you are enthusiastic about helping clients enhance their appearance and self-esteem, we would love to connect with you. As a Restore esthetician, you will collaborate with clients to meet their skin health objectives while introducing them to our unique wellness treatments that complement the esthetic services offered. This role presents an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise, utilize cutting-edge technology, and contribute to our mission of enhancing people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting client consultations and delivering services such as Hydrafacial and Cryoskin
  • Developing and nurturing your own clientele
  • Keeping detailed records of client sessions
  • Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all esthetic equipment and treatment spaces
  • Promoting Restore's esthetic offerings to both existing and prospective clients
  • Cross-promoting additional Restore services that may enhance the esthetic experience
  • Overseeing inventory and procuring esthetic supplies as necessary
  • Informing clients about Restore treatments and products that enhance their overall experience
  • Participating in occasional off-site company events and services
  • Assisting with general store operations, including customer greetings, phone interactions, tours, service sales, and light cleaning duties
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid esthetician license
  • Experience or certification in Cryoskin equipment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience or certification in Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Commitment to ethical practices and integrity
  • Genuine passion for helping individuals look and feel their best
Compensation: $50.00 per hour
