We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic leader to join our team as a FIS Supervisor at Southeast Airport Services, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision to FIS personnel (Agents, Leads, and Ambassadors) and contribute to team effort by helping leads and agents with their duties as needed.
- Complete operational recaps, assign and monitor work areas and breaks, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization safety standards.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching, and learn the FIS Operation and track flight activity daily to preplan and assign employees to their positions.
- Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, and follow the proper protocol and prepare accurate documents when dealing with emergencies or incidents.
- Manage and handle troubling situations, and maintain professional and technical knowledge to serve as an inspiration and provide guidance for hardworking employees.
- Minimum of (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity involving customer service.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH (Speaking and Writing).
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/holidays and weekends, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check to be badged in secure areas of an airport, and valid Driver's License, valid Social Security, and valid Passport or birth certificate.
- Able to communicate in English fluently, and if non-US Citizens, valid working permit.
