Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Chief to join our team at Team Car Care/Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of automotive technicians and customer service associates.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Lead and manage a team of automotive technicians and customer service associates
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
- Manage inventory and product ordering to meet business needs
- Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance
- Provide clear direction and guidance to the team
- Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives and recommend strategies to increase sales and service results
- Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment
