Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at DrBalcony. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the civil engineering sector.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and market expertise. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand DrBalcony's market presence and client base.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value of DrBalcony's services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with project execution capabilities.
- Setting and achieving sales targets and objectives in alignment with corporate goals.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent DrBalcony and foster relationships.
- Providing regular reports on business development progress and pipeline forecasts to the executive team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- A strong understanding of market trends and changes in the civil engineering sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
