Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant I/Secretary to join our team at Granville Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assist with clerical and secretarial duties, such as scheduling appointments and processing patient information.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in educational conferences and complete continuing education requirements to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification as a Nurse Aide I and current registration with the North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively under the direction of a licensed nurse and follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
