Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Granville Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic nursing care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling tests and procedures, and communicating with healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in educational conferences and complete continuing education requirements to stay current with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification as a Nurse Aide I and current registration with the North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant Registry required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
