Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently.
- Gain diverse experience working on a variety of domestic and international vehicle models.
- Conduct thorough and precise vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer issues promptly.
- Uphold our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
- Partner with fellow technicians to troubleshoot challenges and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a willingness to obtain them.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing over 100 pounds.
- Capable of working with tools in elevated positions.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Competence in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating computer systems.
