  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental spreadsheets and assist with preparing financial and administrative reports.

  • Assist with preparing purchase requisitions, coordinating maintenance services, and serving as a liaison between departments, faculty, and staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma; supplemented with one (1) year of administrative experience. Associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to operate a computer and use appropriate software applications and peripheral office equipment.
