Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) team. As a RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse licensure in Texas or Compact State
  • Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in ED Holding or Emergency Services/Urgent Care
